Basic things were good. Maintenance, ac, trash service. The complex itself is nice. Nice kitchen and pool. The bad: Parking is terrible. I had to park in the neighborhood across the street several times since there is absolutely no where to put my car. Good luck if you get home past 6pm. There are so many children. So many. You will never have a moment of peace if you live around building 15. The complex tried to charge $1200 us to replace the carpet after we moved out. AWFUL!!! We had ants for 6 months with no help from management until we threatened legal services. There is no parking ever, if you have a job good luck parking when you get home. There are kids running in the streets at all times, I’ve had to hand over a baby to the front office because he was lost?????? The gates didn’t work for the first 9 months living there. The front office never answers the phone, they will randomly be closed with no warning. Maintenance is great but that’s about it.
The maintenance staff at The Parker have been very quick at addressing our requests. Kudos to them! The front office staff, Kelly and Giselle have been very helpful in getting us this apartment. They allowed us to switch to an apartment we liked at the very last minute!
OMG where do I start. Disclaimer I do not live here yet! The apartments are absolutely beautiful and very spacious w/attached garages. The fitness center is fully equipped and the property was well kept. As I am on my apartment search a lot of apartments are allowing the trash to pile up and that’s not ok. Anda Peters personifies the concept of customer service. I would only expect fairness in any situation that life throws my way, but Anda and her team exceed expectations with not only being fair, but going above and beyond to make me and my family feel comfortable and getting resolutions quickly to our needs. I have been a resident here for nearly three years and have no plans of renting anywhere else until it is time for us to purchase a home. Thank you Anda and team, you all are awesome!
