New Management team I've been living here for 4 years and I've seen 3 different management teams but by far this team is the best seriously the apartments were neglected badly but since the new ownership it has improved greatly and there still making improvements as I'm writing this review so hopefully it can regain it's better ratings because it's actually a great complex

New Management When we first moved here on September 2015, it was called The Reserve. The staff was pretty lazy and the townhome wasn't even ready when they told me it would be when I first moved in. Moving along now, when The Parker took over management - lots improvements have been done. Maintenance is quick and comes in a respectable amount of time - usually the same day. I'm very impressed. RENTER BEWARE!! Parking is horrible at the Parker Plano! Management is slow to respond. Anda the "Property Manager" has no authority to do anything without contacting her district manager. Property management will falsely list normal wear and tear when you move out and withhold your deposit. RENTER BEWARE, the property is very noisy.

be ready to pay for huge water bill every month This place is nice but management will charge you huge water bill . In one incident , I was not in apartment for more than a month but I was charged $125 for water and when asked they told it is based on overall use of all resident not based on individual uses . Forget about anything you will get back after lease end . They will make sure you pay more than your deposit even if you have minor strain or anything small after lase end . Not fair business practice.

Verified Renter Cute place, perfect amount of space for my sister, dog, and I. Just wish that some of the maintenance requests I put in were taken care of prior to move in. My only concern so far is that office staff is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE when it comes to communication.

Verified Renter Staffs are nice, but communication and organization jobs need to improve.
Verified Renter Don't move in here because you'll be calling maintenance constantly and you're lucky if anything gets done in less than a week.
Verified Renter Good place to rent but could do better in some areas. Management team is very friendly but response time is bad.
