New Management team I've been living here for 4 years and I've seen 3 different management teams but by far this team is the best seriously the apartments were neglected badly but since the new ownership it has improved greatly and there still making improvements as I'm writing this review so hopefully it can regain it's better ratings because it's actually a great complex

New Management When we first moved here on September 2015, it was called The Reserve. The staff was pretty lazy and the townhome wasn't even ready when they told me it would be when I first moved in. Moving along now, when The Parker took over management - lots improvements have been done. Maintenance is quick and comes in a respectable amount of time - usually the same day. I'm very impressed.
