Verified Renter I have been a resident here for several years. I love how close it is to the school and all the common areas are nice and well kept. However, I am upset at how dirty and dinghy the sidewalks are in front of my door and the amount of weeds growing in the grass and mulched areas. As well as the paint peeling off my front door.
