Verified Renter The preserve at long leaf has been our home for almost 3 years now. It’s definitely the best place to live in Melbourne. Our only issue was when we first moved our AC went out, maintenance immediately fixed it! The leasing office is AMAZING! They all truly care, I would never consider living somewhere else.

Verified Renter 4 star as improvements can always be made. But good overall. Some upgrades would be nice like in the kitchen and flooring. Couldn’t ask for a better surrounding area.

Verified Renter Overall the location, campus, and landscaping are great. Staff is friendly and helpful and maintenance people are prompt and competent (and friendly!). Pool and jacuzzi have been disappointingly out of service with high frequency.

Don’t do it if you use amenities Every amenity is broken. Hot tub has never worked the whole time living here. Pool was closed all summer long. Basketball court was flooded and the floor is bumpy. Office staff is rude the second you’re moved in. For the price there are much nicer places

Verified Renter Good. Maintenance and reliable payment system of payment is biggest plus. Biggest point of dissatisfaction is the trash collection system. Raccoons often beat trash collector to the trash.

Verified Renter I absolutely love this apartment complex! It feels like we live in little town houses because everyone keeps to themselves, and it feels very secluded and homey. Everyone has been so nice and welcoming here, I don’t have any complaints and we’ve lived here for about six months so far!

Verified Renter The area is nice, clean and quiet. The management staff have been very nice and friendly. Any maintenance problems have been dealt with quickly. The complex activities are always fun, trying to bring the community together and helping to make friendships.
