RecommendedI am a resident at the Preserve at Woodfield and it's to be expected when transferring management for hiccups to happen. I have had nothing but help and assistance with regards to parking. To no fault of their own the new management has been getting the run around with the vendor for parking passes. Once I spoke with the staff they were more than happy to assist me with my parking needs for my guests. The staff is friendly and willing to help. You guys rock!

RecommendedI have found the response to maintenance requests to be fast and efficient. I have enjoyed the involvement of residents in social events and the community garden. Only complaints are receiving packages from USPS (refuses to deliver to secure Management office even though UPS and FedEx will) and the banning of Comcast internet. Apartments are very spacious and well designed.
