Do not rent here. The people are incompetent, condescending, and above all, CROOKS. They will charge you for anything and everything, misinform you about any questions you have, never be up front and honest, and then when things go wrong, it’s your fault because you should’ve known. Everything about this place is a lie.

Not happy. It is 97 degrees and the pool isn’t open? Seriously! Can’t use the laundry room till the floor is replaced? Does it take two months to replace a linoleum floor. I am not happy. Maybe it’s time to find somewhere else to live.
This rating is toward new management. I could attach my 3 page letter I have sent to all corporate level executives but to sum up our experience with new management, the representatives in the leasing office: 1. Will and have lied to law officials 2. Will and have lied to tenants about what the "law" is regarding packages being picked up. 3. Be aware.... Always try to meet or talk to residents. New company just took over. �� This company is so disorganized that can make any person frustrated instead of living in peace. They will be so responsible to charge you even for breathing. But to inform changes on payments and specially on packages they will just see if you have good guessing skills.
