We have had three different neighbors above us and there have been two separate problems. #1. The floors are so thin that you can hear every foot step that the neighbors make plus you can hear the TV and them talking. #2 the management does not tell these people that they are living in an apartment and can't be jumping and stomping around. We have given up saying anything, it does no good. Ugh!!!
I'm seriously done with the bug problems this complex has. There's not a day that goes by where I don't kill a cockaroach or whatever and it gets so annoying. It's so hard trying to sleep knowing that those things are everywhere. But the worst things is that the office won't do anything about it, they say they will but they never do!! And yea overall this place sucks
This past weekend me and my boyfriend attempted to go in and apply for a apartment. Hands down worst experience ever. We kept getting the runaround they kept saying we will keep in contact with you and they didn't. They also have a problem with answering there phone. I called them all probably 30 times in 3 days and I didn't get one answer. Plus not to many ion all the other negative reviews. The buildings are old and not well maintained. I had to put in multiple requests to have things fixed. Went weeks with no hot water in the tub. Black residue coming from my kitchen faucet (I was told to buy bottled water) . The tubs are painted so you wind up with chipped tub and paint stuck to your feet. Oh and the 2 inch long roaches were an added bonus. I was glad to move. Until I got a bill over $200 for not professionally shampooing the carpet. They "recommend" that you use the cable system that they have a contract with but it SUCKS!!! Now that it is winter our cable get pixelated and our Internet go's out all the time
Now thats winter u think u would salt the areas come off the parking lot to the paths going to the door. Also the amount of trash thats in The hallways from These bad kids down the hall from us. Chip bags ground in the floor cookies. Bikes in the hallways. I also do not like the amount of skunks in the area. I myselbhave been sprayed once and my dog 3xs.... seriously pay someone to trP em and let them go free in a forest preserve. Or the customer service. I went outside today to walk around almost got stung by a bee and a hornet I'm allergic to both went to talk to the staff in the office they said not there problem it's maintenance's problem
