I frequent the queen often everyone of the workers are very nice except one of the pit helper Rhoda she is one of the nastiest worker I have every encountered just rude to everybody

Helped me with a machine when needed. The staff is always friendly and helpful. One of the managers (don’t know his name) was kind enough to stop by me when I won a jackpot I see if anyone was on the way. We love to come there. You will see us back.
