I visited the Queen casino on Sunday, August 31, 2025 to use my $5 food credit at Big Chicken; but to my surprise it had already expired. Then I went to the Player Rewards Club to get my small free lightweight, portable BBQ grill where I was told I did not qualify & that I had to earn 500 points in order to receive one. So I played the Boost 4 Wonders Whales of Cash slot machine with $7 freeplay. Then I invested $30. I eventually got my machine up to $360.00 & played $30.00 of it back. I enjoy going to the casinos but it’s not always an enjoyable experience when you are never called at a drawing, the same people are called every week. Even as a Diamond player there are limited perks for some and not all. The bathrooms are never clean and I think it’s ridiculous that a restaurant has to close in order to have a concert. It’s always hot in the smoking area and I know that area makes a lot of money. The waitresses in the smoking area never have wine glasses and can’t make signature drinks. Makes me wonde... read more

Had a great time after one mishap because of my carelessness. While at the service desk, purse hanging on my shoulder, someone took money out of it.
