I enjoy going to the casinos but it’s not always an enjoyable experience when you are never called at a drawing, the same people are called every week. Even as a Diamond player there are limited perks for some and not all. The bathrooms are never clean and I think it’s ridiculous that a restaurant has to close in order to have a concert. It’s always hot in the smoking area and I know that area makes a lot of money. The waitresses in the smoking area never have wine glasses and can’t make signature drinks. Makes me wonde... read more

Had a great time after one mishap because of my carelessness. While at the service desk, purse hanging on my shoulder, someone took money out of it.
