I love coming to the Queen but I don't understand why they never call my name as much as I visit and play there. I loose a lot more than I win but I love playing the slot machines. I don't know how they keep calling the same people with as many people that visit the Queen. I think the Queen should hire more waitress to serve drinks. I have waited almost 2 hours at the same machine for a bottle of water. They should have self service!! I have a Crown player's card!!

I had one great night I was able to come home with a few dollars. When I went again I lost everything I had and some Motrin is usually a loss. I have not been able to get many bonuses or any decent return on the money that I would spend.. I need disappointment 90% of the time.

I like the casino itself and the staff is friendly. But this concept of having to “activate” free play offers at kiosks is unnecessary. They only have a couple kiosks and inevitably at least one is out of order so you stand in line for things that don’t require activation at any other casino on Earth. They need more ATMs and they need to actually function. Overall they’ve done well with the new place and it’s being kept up well
