Love the Queen. This casino is clean and the staff is very friendly. We feel welcome from the moment we enter and until we leave. Security in the parking area is always visible and we feel safe coming and going. Well Done

The experience was okay. I feel it is a little too loud with the music. The music can be more in tune with festival and Queen of jazz sound. Represent the Royalty with color. Smile , I am enjoying your land base casino and happy you’re here. Would be nice to win sometimes, I am in the red.

I enjoy coming to the Queen because it's my time to relax and feel like a queen when I win a jack pot. I especially enjoy playing the slot machine with the red ladies with horns on each side of her head. My favorite drink at the Queen is hot tea with lemon and honey. Is it possible to serve your hot tea in larger cups? If so, I would greatly appreciate it.
