Things seem to be improving somewhat. New machines are being installed and some people are getting jackpots.
Not pleased in lite areas no waitress service
Had a great time. I have a suggestion, since the machine doesn’t give your change to you when you cash out your ticket why not put a locked box that people can donate the change on their tickets to a local charity, like Our Veterans or the Food Bank.
The climate was good! I was in the smoking area & the waitress never came around. Eventually, I walk to the bar. Late night is not good!
I had a great time. The establishment is very nice and the representatives at the Membership kiosk are very professional, knowledgeable & have outstanding customer service. The only downside is that you can’t find a cocktail server (while playing )for a drink, and when you order from the bar they are very rude.
The customer service is very good at both stores I tell my friends co worker and family to go to queens
Every thing was good went to the bar for a drink and it take 2 minutes it was good customer service.
I like going to The Queen and my name was even called to spin the wheel. I’m glad they are putting in new machines to replace some of the older outdated ones. The only thing I don’t particularly like is when there is a promotion going on a lot of people just sit and hold machines without playing. It would also be nice to know how much the contestants get when they win in a promotion.
Everything worked out without any incidents. The person who handed out the money was very professional and courteous
