I like the casino itself and the staff is friendly. But this concept of having to “activate” free play offers at kiosks is unnecessary. They only have a couple kiosks and inevitably at least one is out of order so you stand in line for things that don’t require activation at any other casino on Earth. They need more ATMs and they need to actually function. Overall they’ve done well with the new place and it’s being kept up well

My experience @ the queen 👸 have been very,very good. I never thought I would ever ,ever win during a drawing. However when I do win I tends to put it back in but I enjoy playing. The employees are very helpful, the bathrooms stays cleans, the Security is on point. Thanks for giving me a chance now it's time for me to win a grand.. one time in my life. Clean updated environment! Machine are placed nicely. Lots of room to walk around the michines while people are playing them, and yes, even when it's a full house!
