Restaurant noise above room was very loud. Parking if you don’t valet was not ideal-muddy parking lot. Power outage for 6 hours, no air from midnight to 6 am- not their fault, but maybe they should have back up generators? Otherwise beautiful hotel, staff was great. Great location in town.

Pros: cool boujee rooms and hotel, nice rooftop sitting, great bathroom, staff are fairly nice, comfy bed and pillows, free self-parking at 95 Paynes Way. Cons: charged $150 incidentals fee we weren’t made aware of from either Expedia or The Radical until checkin, only a bed in the room with nowhere else to sit or hang out, no microwave, location is meh (not in easy walking distance to the arts district like I hoped it was).

We absolutely loved this unique hotel. We loved everything about it including the decor, the rooftop bar, the coffee shop and the beautiful park across the street. We walked to All Soul's Pizza one night which was amazing! The valet was super polite and helpful. The only reason for the 4 stars is because we kept asking about an early check in and were texted twice that they would let us know when we could check in. We had to check out of our last room at 11:00, so had 5 hours to kill, and we were tired. Finally at about 3:00... read more

We missed having a chair in our room. No place to sit or set our backpacks and purse other than the bed. And there was a strange smell in the lobbies both lower and upper. We enjoyed the roof top bar and fire pit. The room was quiet and right by the river so that was nice.
Everything about the hotel was top notch. From the hair dryer, to the shampoo, to the coffee. If you require the best, this must be the place. Non traditional. Very comfortable.
