Very unique stay and we loved it! The staff was friendly from checkin. Our suite ended up being upgraded to the King of Kings so we couldn't complain about that. We were contacted prior too by Jordan who was very pleasant and made sure we were ok with the change instead of just waiting until the day of. We stopped into Afterglow and our bartender Jordan #2 aka JD knew his stuff and was great. Brendan our waiter at Goldenhour was knowledgeable, attentive and had a great sense of humor. Loved this unique property!
Beautiful hotel. Rooms were gorgeous. Didn’t have to leave hotel for dinner. Wonderful staff. Our only complaint was the shower didn’t get hot.

The rooms and public areas were very clean and appealing, staff was very friendly and helpful. my King room was small no where to set except the bed, one side of the bed was very limited access, no coffee except coffee cafe $3.50 PLUS for simple drip coffee, (little pricy since most hotels provide coffee), i did ask for a chair because i hate setting in a bed watching TV. Was recommended to stay at the new hotel. Heard the Rooftop bar was fantastic...however our arrival on a Thursday evening at 10 pm everything had closed. Hotel has a very ecliptic vibe, very insta worthy. Room decor was unique, shower was amazing! Being thats its less than 3 months old its understandable working out a few kinks. Flashing light in the room and new paint smell was my only complaint. In time that will be resolved. We will definitely come back...arriving earlier for sure for the rooftop views!
From the time we pulled up to the Valet to the time we checked out the service was outstanding. Very unique and memorable hotel. Will definitely be staying here again.
