I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend if you don't mind the noise level. Also, great location, however crime rate is going up in that area but that is almost everywhere in that location and around that area. I would know. I was born & raised in this area and seen lots of changes.

I will miss that community culture and office staff Improvements : Apartments are very old with old carpet and appliances . It would be great if all apartments get renovated with wood floor and new appliances like ac etc. we encountered scorpion which was very bad experience with my family
