The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis (TRISL) is the place to have your loved ones if they need specific kinds of rehabilitation.  The care and therapy my mom received here was nothing short of wonderful.  In no time she was up and around, getting back to a routine that was normal to her.  Showering, using the restroom, talking on her phone, etc., all independently.  Not only did mom receive awesome care and therapy, so did we as a family.  We were updated, and kept abreast of all progress.  Our questions were answered w... read more

I was overwhelmed with the quality of care and dedication of staff in this organization (Chesterfield location). The entire greatly exceeded any expectations that I might have had. Therapy equipment and staff were state of the art. The food was excellent. Responses were quick especially compared with the nursing home setting that I am in now. i would definitely recommend this facility.

My mom was an inpatient here to recover from a stroke. She went in with difficulty with balance and she had trouble walking. Everyone there was very kind and she really liked her nurse. The physical therapy was also effective. My mom was able to leave after only about a week. She had a great experience and I'm very thankful for the staff there.

I have recently spent 10 days at the Institue. My experience was excellent. Every staff member was kind and caring. I made great progress while I was there and felt ready for my next step, heading home. If you are thinking about using this facility for yourself or a family member it is an excellent choice.

I was sent from the Hospital to this facility, to work on walking and self care. I found the Physical and Occupational Therapists I had there to be amazing, helpful, friendly, and down to earth. The nurses on staff were so kind, and never made me feel like a burden. I found the nurse staff to be quite frankly some of the best, and going through the injury I have suffered I have seen a lot of nurses lately.
