Caseworker Kathleen Beam and Director Deborah Wilkes offer poor work ethics. My mother was in the rehab there for approx 2 weeks and not once during those two weeks was I told that the family would be responsible for transporting a love one home who is bed written due to paralysis. My mom in St Louis, and I am located in Mobile AL. I called Ms Beam on Friday March 31, 2017 to tell her that we had found a home that is accessible for my mother. Outpatient scheduling is a nightmare. Appointments that were provided were not consistent with what was confirmed via phone. Appointments were changed without prior approval. This created issues as transportation arrangements were made to accommodate the confirmed appointments. The patient is post stroke and does not drive. While therapies may be good, I would not recommend this facility based on scheduling. Do they need more staff?

I wasn't all that impressed with this facility. They let my mom get dehydrated and she had to go back to the ICU at Barnes. I really don't think that they are that attentive. either
