The staff is wonderful, could not have asked for a better experience. The cna’s treated us like we were their family. The food was excellent. Overall wonderful experience for our family and we highly recommend this place for your loved ones.

The residence at GreatWoods is an exceptional facility! They take wonderful care of their residents, their staff is so kind and compassionate. The facility itself is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the common areas are welcoming. Above all, [name removed] the RCD at GreatWoods is a true leader. She is dedicated to providing all residents with the best care and experience while at GreatWoods. My in-laws had moved in to Great Woods residences respite section from the Stste of Georgia due to my mother in law s cancer diagnosis to be closer to family u til the end. From the first move in day the staff was amazing catering to their every need helping move them and meet the staff . Over the course of the nearly 3 month stay from the kitchen to the care assistants the staff made them feel welcome and comfortable in what was a very stressful time for both . What has made The Residences at Great Woods such a great experience so far is the large spacious single rooms and the amazing staff that goes above and beyond on a daily basis. We would 100000 % recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I'm understanding the following: Our loved one and family have had a good experience with The Residence at Great Woods. The staff are kind and caring towards the residents. Everyone is friendly. The dining room and food service needs some assistance for improvements for the residents. Overall, we would recommend you check out the community to see if it would be a good fit for your loved one.

[name removed] is a special key executive of Great Woods and you can easily appreicate her expertise in this field. She made my parents feel 100% comfortable, answered every question, as well as adding important key information which was not asked but related and extremely valuable. As told (and experienced) the health condition of this new resident has improved greatly within a month of becoming a resident, No longer is a walker, Physical therapy, occupational therapy and "extra care needed for her because of the great scheduling and care of the staff
