When it came time to put our mother in a place where she would get the care that we could no longer provide, we spent a lot of time searching for the perfect place. We realized no place is perfect but based on what we had heard about The Residence we felt confident our mom would do well there. We needed a place for my mother and we have been touring multiple facilities in the area. The Residence at Great Woods was our favorite. Everyone from the Executive Director to the nursing staff and the restaurant were so friendly, warm and welcoming. This will definitely be our choice soon!

Having family members staying at this facility opened my eyes to how much care and assistance the staff treats family as their own. The staff has always been easy to talk to and approachable willing to talk about issues or concerns and give their best foot forward. Having a family member there has me assured that there is no better place for loved ones to be cared for and given their best time.

The executive director, the nurse and the rest of the team were all so friendly and welcoming. They've been there for more than 20 years, so it really felt like home. We really enjoyed our visit. Thank you!

My loved one is currently a resident at The Residence at Great Woods and everything at this facility has been very good for her so far. The staff are very nice, though communication with the family is lacking at times. The food is good, however it arrives cold at times. Overall, my loved one is happy at this facility. I would recommend The Residence at Great Woods to family and friends.

We took a tour of The Residence at Great Woods during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility was great! The cleanliness and friendliness was great. Definitely one of our top choices.

From the moment we visited Great Woods we knew this was THE "home" we wanted for our wonderful Aunt. This beautiful woman gave us all so much throughout her entire life and now she needed special love & care. We want the BEST for her - and we found it at Great Woods. The staff is wonderful, could not have asked for a better experience. The cna’s treated us like we were their family. The food was excellent. Overall wonderful experience for our family and we highly recommend this place for your loved ones.
