It's generally an okay place. But you're paying for services. Nothing is given to you for free, and it's expensive. There is also an increase in cost every year. The apartment is okay and certainly meets my needs. The staff have been pretty good in my interactions with them.

Thank you for your feedback, we deeply appreciate you being a part of our Orchard Grove community. We do try to be explicit upfront about the cost of services as individual needs change. Our assisted living pricing is all inclusive, although it is possible for residents to choose to increase the amount of service they get on a daily basis for an additional charge. Annual rent increases are necessary to keep up with the cost of living and to ensure our residents receive the best care and service possible.
The administrator [name removed] is above and beyond. She has really done a great job with our move-in and our placement. My parents can't say enough good things about the nurses and PCAs there. They're very helpful, friendly, and professional. The facility is always clean. Their trash is taken out regularly, carpets are vacuumed, floors washed, beds are made. My parents tell me the food is excellent. I think it's a really good value.

We went with The Residence at Orchard Grove because they were willing to waive the up front fee for us. The communication with the director up top the point that mu uncle actually went into the facility was wonderful. Once he was here there were a few issues that did arise and the communication was poor and I was disappointed with that. They had plenty of great activities provided for the residents but he did not participate. This is a nice clean community. Everyone here is very friendly. The staff are quick to respond to questions or concerns we may have over our loved one. My loved one thinks the food is delicious. There are a lot of activities for the residents to choose from to participate in.

Beautiful community and much bigger than my loved one needed.
We really liked The Residence at Orchard Grove, it seemed like a nice facility. We were impressed with the lady who was showing us around on the tour. We did not like the rooms, the layout of it was strange which is why we decided against them.

This community was great they just were only assisted living and we needed independent living. my loved one was just not at this point yet. The tours were great my loved one was just not at that point yet.
