It’s a large for profit corporation that runs the Residence. They have had a high turn over of nursing staff. The latest director just left with 3 weeks notice and there is no director right now. My parents do not think the food is good enough and I agree. Although some of the staff are great, there are also many that are not well trained and the wages are also too low across the board for staff who work with such a challenging population.
