What I like the most about The Residence at Summer Street are the staff members and other residents living here. They are exceptional!! {name removed] explanation's and introductions were very impressive and I would recommend this community to other families.

I picked this place because, the executive staff that I meet with were so engaging and helpful and are still to this day. Also it was new so it looked so homey and inviting. The rooms, we've have a studio, are bright and cherry. Now I can also report on the Wellness Team who are very knowledgeable and also engaging with me.
Good but read the contract for the various prices on the levels independent living. It was very good I would go back again.
My family and loved one have had a great experience with the community? The staff have been helpful, kind, attentive, accommodating, and caring. Everyone has been friendly. There are meals and activities provided for the residents to assist with their socialization with others. Overall, this is a community we would recommend to others.

Upon entering the community, everyone is greeted with a friendly smile and welcome, and treated like family. I was not thrilled with The Residence at Summer Street. When we walked in it kind of smelled like a hospital and just felt very institutional.

Ours is an assisted living community with a host of programs and activities, an active community restaurant, and opportunities for social engagement daily. It is regrettable that this was not apparent during your tour and we would love to have you come in for another visit to participate in one of programs or have lunch in our restaurant.
She is very happy here. Most people there are great but she's had some issues with cleaning staff. She has been very impressed with the food and the activities - much happier than she expected to be there ( in assisted living).
