In the heart of Watertown square the location is great. During the tour I chatted with a few residents who all reported enjoying living there. Clean with activities happening and filled looked engaged. Dining services looked good as well.

Since the Residence had a massive flood the ceiling in the lobby has been removed and covered with plastic, about two months ago. The lower half of walls near the elevators have been removed. There are two elevators for residents to get to the dining room. BOTH are out of service! I find this a huge risk for all residents! I have been told There are no fire drills! No plans for residents to get out if there was a fire. The food is nominal at best. We were told doors are locked at 8pm, however we returned a resident at 9:30pm... read more
I saw the room they had set aside for my wife, who has some cracks in her pelvis. They strung us along for 6 days, and we thought we had solved our problem. Then, just as we were ready to sign up, they decided they would not take her, because she would require too much care. They knew all along exactly what her problems were. They can't be trusted.
It seems to be going well there. My parents are starting to participate care of some of the activities they have, such as game time and watching documentary films. Also getting to know some of the other residents too. One of the two elevators has been out of service their whole time, sometimes making it tedious to go up and down floors; but in theory work to be completed this week. They seem to like the food and dining set up too.

Was able to have my mom cared for while I recovered from an injury for a two month stay. She received excellent care, better than other facilities we tried for respite care. The facility was clean, the staff caring and there was enough activities for her to stay engaged. I would have kept her there if the pricing was more affordable for the long haul. That said the pricing is competitive for the area. All elder care facilities cost way more than they should.

My father had to move abruptly because of storm damage to his house where he was still living independently with progressing memory issues. I toured half a dozen places in a week’s time and of all the places, this one stood out. The staff are incredibly caring and helpful and have already gotten to know my dad personally. My mother has been frustrated with the food. There are not enough green vegetables and the kitchen runs out of certain items on a regular basis.
I am very happy with the facility and the staff staff. They are very nice and friendly. I did find, on the day we moved my mom in, there was no one really there to give us any direction and we didn't really know what we should do. They assumed that we should know what to do, as we did not. But when we asked any questions, they were extremely helpful to give us answers to our questions.
