I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived here since 2011 in 2 different apartments so I love living here. Both the leasing office staff and maintenance staff have provided excellent service over the years with any issues I may have had (no many) or needed repairs. The location is also a strong factor in my decision to renew my lease each year. I highly recommend this apartment community.
Calm, Consistent, and Courteous I've lived in three different apartment communities in the metro Atlanta area, and this by far is the best one and the one that we have stayed the longest at. It's very quiet and the buildings are kept up-to-date. The maintenance staff is on point and has issues fixed immediately and they are very thorough. It’s not an apartment but a home We sold our 4 bedroom house and moved into a very spacious 1 bedroom. It’s newly renovated, all the space we need, laid out nicely and service issues are always resolved quickly. We enjoy not having to fix any issues - maintenance staff are great and super friendly! Move into a place that’s quiet, kept up well and where people are nice - it’s not an apartment, but a home. My husband and I are truly happy here!

Great Management and Maintenance Service I have been here for 4-years. The Management service is great. The community is clean and well kept. Every year when renewing my lease managent has cleaned my carpet and offered to do touch-up paint or allowed me to touch up walls and baseboards. Maintenances Services is responsive and quick to replace as requested. I was even allowed to contribute to the community by hosting a Valentines Day Pampering Session, which the leasing contribute snacks and water.
