Would- because it... (Verified Renter) Would- because it is literally perfect. Wouldn’t - 1Br units are a bit pricey, and the distance from the apartment to metro downtown Atlanta is far.

Community is very... (Verified Renter) Community is very peaceful, very clean, The neighbors are nice and the maintenance team are the bomb. The staff is also pretty consistent and not A rotating door when it comes to staff, the only time staff members really change seems to be when they get promoted which is great!

We moved into... (Verified Renter) We moved into a newly renovated unit. It was a great experience overall. Amenities are nice and well maintained. Neighbors were great, no barking dogs. Service requests were resolved timely.
