Pros and Cons Pros • Management/front office and maintenance were very good in my experience with them. • “Classic” style apartments are affordable although being phased out. Renovated apartments are pretty nice, but value proposition compared to other similarly priced apartments is tenuous. • Common areas (swimming pool, lounge in office, small fitness center) are nice and never crowded.
