Verified Renter Horrible place to live. HVAC unit has been damaged since I moved in. Utility bill has skyrocketed and they refuse to fix or replace the unit causing my bill to skyrocket. Neither have they offered any type of compensation or rent decrease.

Moved into an unfinished apartment We show up with our moving truck and there are still maintenance workers in our apartment. They came in 2 days later to fix the shower and toilet in one bathroom, while the other bathroom didn't even have hinges, so no privacy in the only working bathroom. We've been here for 2 months and the bathtub drips, one of the fans doesn't work, we are still missing 3 door hinges, and there are holes in one of the closets preventing us from hanging up clothes. Verified Renter I would not recommend The RETREAT of Sherwood to my friends. My experience here has not been the best. Just pay your rent on time, but we do not care about you. We are in this for the money.

Verified Renter I would not recommend that anyone lease at the Retreat at Sherwood. Management is incompetent, maintenance does not get completed in a timely manner, and the cleaning is a joke. Yes, the rent may be cheap compared to other apartments but you get what you pay for.

Verified Renter The apartment is an older building and there are a few crime activities going on in this area but the law enforcement is actively patrolling for our safety in our community almost 24/7. Retreat at Sherwood does not include a washer and dryer, and all utilities are separate.

Verified Renter Look elsewhere, people smoke in these units. From cigarettes to weed, you can smell it in your apartment. Walls are paper thin, the dumpsters are always overflowing with trash. The only thing about this place, is the location. Other than that they are overpriced.

moving in I was approved for a 3 bedroom, on a specific unit. The property called me, and asked if I was still moving on the specific date. I said yes, I was about to pay my deposit. I get a call back stating that the people In the unit canceled their vacate day. I had paid for the whole year for the rental insurance, on this specific unit. They offered a 2 bedroom.
