Verified Renter Great diverse and inclusive community of residents. No other apartment will have as much closet/storage space. This property is very quiet with respectful neighbors. The office personnel is always responsive whether answering the phone promptly or returning a message left. Rent dollars are visually perpetuated back into the upkeep of the property. Definitely, the best value for rent dollars spent!
Could be better The apartments don't seem to have a lot of the amenities of other places I've lived. There are no microwaves or garbage disposals. They also don't have an exercise room. They are making some improvements to the complex, such as fixing the roads (they were full of potholes), and distributing trash bins throughout the complex. It took them months to open the pool and there seems to be a bit of a crime problem. There is a courtesy officer, but he can't be everywhere at all times. Verified Renter It has been nothing but one negative thing after another with this property. Nine months and we still don't have a stove or refrigerator that work and now we have no dishwasher. You would be smart to stay away from this property.
Verified Renter If you don't mind fighting roaches every time you go into the kitchen this place is for you. Sorry, the living experience has had zero redeeming qualities.

Verified Renter This is the worst complex I’ve ever lived at. Nothing is separating us from our upstairs neighbors but a thin sheet of wood. I can hear EVERYTHING upstairs. I have a small baby that is woken up at least 20 times a night due to my upstairs neighbor. I can’t get him to sleep in his crib because he wakes up all night and it takes time to put him back to sleep only for him to be woken up again minutes later 20 times a night.
