The Sanctuary at... (Verified Renter) The Sanctuary at Tallyn's Reach is such a nice clean, peaceful community to live. We've been here for 5 years! I love it!
I’m a little... (Verified Renter) I’m a little concerned that some of the maintenance work that gets called on isn’t completed. I had another issue with a leaking ceiling that was never fixed. However it was states online that it was. And this most recent incident was a change of a light bulb in a fan, the original job was not completed so I had to create another ticket. This is where a new fan has to be installed.
The kitchen floor... (Verified Renter) The kitchen floor and the bathroom in general were not clean. I am not sure if the prior resident "cleaned" it or your cleaning service.
I would like... (Verified Renter) I would like to have been told that the apartment I was renting was right next to a busy road. We are not getting good sleep. I was not able to visit before we moved in because we were coming from out of town.
