It's extremely convenient... (Verified Renter) It's extremely convenient that we can rent month to month. We are building a new home in the area and are not certain of our closing date at this time. We also love that our pets we allowed here.
The only problem... (Verified Renter) The only problem is parking for our guest in the evening. It would seem possible to have street parking on at least one side of the main street that loops around the complex and not hinder fire trucks if needed.

Overall it was... (Verified Renter) Overall it was a nice community. I think the pricing is MUCH higher than similar properties around (and even newer properties around). The kid play park was not maintained at all and the children of the property are completely disrespectful (I know property management cannot control this, but it is definitely that made me NOT want to come back, as well).
The only downfall... (Verified Renter) The only downfall to this entire community is the Parking situation, (there isn't any) other than one car garage for all one & 2 bedroom apartments.

The apartments, buildings, grounds, pool, play area, dog park, and grilling areas are all well maintained. The management staff is friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable.
