I still recommend... (Verified Renter) I still recommend the community as a nice place to live largely based on the professionalism of the staff in the office.

Nice apartments but expensive We live in the 2 bed 2 bath with zen area....the apt. is really nice/spacious and maintenance comes pretty quick to fix any problems (even minor)! The office staff is really nice and love the events (: Pool/hot tub is the cleanest one I've ever seen at an apt. complex. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because it is expensive....BUT all of Colorado is expensive.....

Great Place High Rent We actually loved it here, we're from Texas moved to Colorado chose this place. Maintenance was always done in a timely manner when request were put in. Love the garage access to walkway for apartment. Family friendly staff was very nice. Love the convenience of stores and Southlands Mall as well as the children's hospital 5 min away in Parker. We just were not expecting the high rent at all and when we renewed our lease it jumped to $150 more a month which isn't bad but it caused a lot of our neighbors... read more

Don't Get An Apartment Anywhere Near the Pool I've lived here for over 2 years and I like the location (for my work), the apartment is good, but don't get a place anywhere near the pool. For more than half the year, you will lose control of when your allowed to sleep. The pool is trespassed constantly at all hours of the night. Even with the windows shut, which I hate to do in the summer, the screaming, yelling and loud music will wake you. I had one night where there where 3 separate groups of partiers at 11pm, 1am and 3am.... read more

Great Apartment… unless rowdy neighbors are nearby. The maintenance staff are hands down the most amazing individuals I know. Very polite caring and knowledgeable. Only downside is I’ve been dealing with neighbors partying from 10p-4a and despite having recordings, ring camera footage, and call history to Aurora PD and Sanctuary’s Security, nothing really happens other than an offer to move out at my cost (transfer fee $600). Insane rent price increases Be wary of moving in here. This year they've increased rent prices by $400 - $900 a month on existing residents. The interiors can be a bit dated. The carpet is worn down in some units and the laminate floor can pop up around the baseboard. Appliances especially the overhead microwave/fans should be checked before moving in. Units do not have a dedicated venting fan over the stove. They've recently started repainting the exterior of the complex so don't be fooled. If the inside does not match the ... read more

The apartments don't absorb sounds well The apartments look new and fancy but were cheaply constructed. You can hear residents above you walking around, and if they have young children, you can hear loud bangs and crashes when they run around.

Lack of concern for clients I moved into the apartment which was caked in dirt still and stains on walls. I paid in advance 10 days before move-in and notified Susan in the office that cleaning needed to be done before move-in. They put new carpet in and repaired a vinly floor that was torn up but nothing done about dirt and wall stains. Then 2 months after living here my refrigerator goes out costing over $300 in food cost.
