After dealing with insurance and everything, The Smilist Dental Greenpoint turns out to be the place that I feel more comfortable to let them take care of my tooth. Staff are friendly and helpful; Dr. Culpepper and Dr. Chung are very nice and knowledgeable. Hopefully, things still going to the good direction.

I despise going to the dentist but I really liked this place. Good music playing & friendly staff. I wish I wasn't terrible w/ names bcs the hygienist (male Latino) was amazing, considering the whole process gives me anxiety. Dr. Culpepper was great as well. Definitely will go to the dentist regularly now that I found this office.

Amazing experience all around. From scheduling, to submitting insurance and health information, to check in all the way through my experience with Richard (incredible hygienist) and Dr. Culpepper (my longstanding general dentist) the experience with the Smilist is top notch. After the appointment I received a text asking how likely I am to refer the Smilist to a friend or family member from a scale of 0 to 10, I wish I could choose 11! Thank you Smilist!

I have had a wonderful experience at the smilist in Greenpoint. They do exceptional work! Not only have they helped ease my anxiety about getting dental work. They were also very transparent and helpful when it came to options, costs and insurance coverages. The staff are all so professional and friendly. Highly recommend !!

Beautiful and warm atmosphere. The office is very clean. The staff is professional and very kind. They are like family to me. Dr. Culpepper is an excellent dentist. He is a very cool dentist. He makes his patients feel at home and comfortable. He is also funny and likes music. He is also very thorough and articulate when it come to his work. I had a great experience at this dental office. First, the front desk asked me to fill out the form on my cell phone before the visit so that's contactless. Then they took x ray and Yan the hygienist did a fantastic job, I drink 3 cups of coffee per day and when I say she did a great job I mean it. Lol!! I love my dental assistant Marisa, super friendly and professional, she makes me feel very comfortable at the office. I just have to send another review. I have had many many appointments in the last 3 months and this place has been absolutely amazing with me. They are the most understanding professionals I have come across. The kind women at the desk Walks me through everything I need to know. I'm sure she deserves a raise!
