HORRIBLE. If I could give 0 stars for this place I would. Came here last year for a simple cleaning and not only was the cleaning horrible but the doctor and hygienist were both just trying to find ways to up sell me on other services and the cleaning was rushed and I left feeling like I had nothing done. They were extremely pushy to the point that I was uncomfortable and knew I was never returning. Stay away, I was just told by their receptionist that the dentist gets upset with new patients when you don't give cause for the visit. All I need was a consultation to figure out what the potential issue I may have. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not know how to speak with new potential patients. DO NOT GO HERE

If i can give this place 0 stars i would. I have been going to the smilest Woodside for years and have referred many people from my union to them. The first appointment they called me The day before to try to re-schedule me 2 times. I was then given a treatment plan by the periodontist , with the prices i was supposed to pay out of pocket, everything was great. I then started the treatment plan , and before i was scheduled to do my surgery i got a call saying i have to pay thousands more out of pocket. It was disappointin b... read more

This review is solely based on the poor service the receptionist provided today...not the services rendered. The young woman who answered the phone was RUDE dismissive lazy and uninformed. As a result I will seek another dentist. It's very unfortunate. She is repelling new clients.

Unorganized and unnecessary. Came in for an emergency appointment in the beginning of January for trouble I was having with a wisdom tooth. Came in and had the major concerned addressed and was recommended to an oral surgeon, and they answered a few questions on a couple other concerns I've had. Insurance covers everything and leave after being pressured to schedule a "consultation" a month later. Avoid this place! When I first visited to set an appointment, the receptionist tried very hard to sell me into an annual subscription program. They were very pushy. I explained that I wanted to try a single appointment first, before committing, which is reasonable. My appointment was for a routine cleaning. When I was seated at the dental chair, the hygienist wanted to take x-rays also. I politely declined, saying I only wanted a cleaning. Make sure they take your insurance! I called beforehand where they assured me that they took my insurance. Same when I got in before the appointment. Suddenly after my appointment they tell me that they were wrong and that I now have to pay. The blamed the insurance company which they said gave them the wrong info and that there is nothing else they can do. I asked if they could provide me with the name and info of whom they spoke with at the insurance company but they said no so I have no way to proof that this happened ... read more

I went to this dentist one time and while my appointment was fine, I have never experienced such rude administration staff in my life. My insurance covered my routine appointment and anything over I paid on the spot. I continued to receive bills for over a year afterward to which I called and had removed.
