I hate the dentist. Plain and simple. I've been trying to find an office that makes the experience not as horrible. The office was able to get me in quickly for an appointment when I was in the pain. Parking isn't ideal but it's not the worst. Limited wait in the waiting room, and doctors came in quickly. The office was transparent about cost prior to any treatment being done, which was greatly appreciated. I saw both Dr Lee and Dr Pan on separate dates. The wait was not long. Those at the front desk and those in the room were excellent. I could feel the genuine warmth and care. DR Pan was wonderful and knowledge . I was made comfortable and at ease. I had my left lower wisdom tooth taken out. I did not even know when it was over. ​ The office equipment is state of the art. MONIQUE FRANCOIS R.N ( retired) I have seen care of people over 40 yrs and I am proud to say this office and those who work and Dr Pan are high class as well capable. God bless you all.

I went to see Dr. Marc Pan again - I waited 2yrs after getting open heart surgery- I could have work done while on blood thinners. I have Dr.Pan doing implants for me. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything to you. Great guy and I can't wait to post pictures when he's done ! He heard he was a perfectionist! That's why I chose to go with him. Thanks to the staff too. They were very helpful

Nothing but praise for this location. The whole staff was very friendly and they were able to take me in last minute to remove my stitches after the Amityville location cancelled my appointment without telling me. If you plan on using The Smilist, I highly recommend you use this location over any of the others.

Great visit as always. Always called to the Dental chair within minutes after arrival. Never a long wait. They are really great with protecting their Patients and employees during this pandemic. You must wait in your car and then they will call you when they are ready. They have a questionnaire with COVID19 related questions you must fill out upon arrival and they did a temperature check prior to allowing my son inside the office and everyoneis wearing their PPE. Took my children into the Smilist Ana and Dr. Phang were amazing!! They took the fear out of their treatments. The girls at the front desk were very professional! Keep up the great work!!

Extremely clean and state of the art - no wait time - was very impressed with both the dentist and the hygenist - was upset about switching due to my other dentist no longer taking my coverage but have to say I was really impressed and happy with going forward with Smiist.
