This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a dentist's office! From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out. The staff greeted me and were so polite. The office looked state-of-the-art and was very clean. Ana, the hygienist, was so thorough with my cleaning, and was very gentle. Dr. Phang was so nice and thoroughly explained everything to me. My experience was nothing short of spectacular. Dr Phang was a pleasure, she did a great job of explaining everything to me in language I could easily understand. Staff was friendly and the office was very clean and high tech. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best experience i had at the dentist! I haven't been to the dentist in a while and i just moved, and the smilist is on my way home. So i called and made an appointment at a time that worked for me. The morning of my appointment, i called to see if i can come in earlier, and they were able to get me in at 9am. Love the space! Everything is so sleek and modern. Had the best experience today. Carmen & Natalie, lovely ladies in the front whom assisted me so kindly with my appointment, Ana, the Hygeinist was super Gentle and friendly with my cleaning. I'm going to refer my colleagues since everyone's got a post Halloween sugar hangover. Looking forward to my next cleaning in six months. Keep up the great work team!

I am so scared of the dentist. I was recommended to this office and I was not disappointed. The office is clean and huge! Everything was thoroughly explained to me by my dentist Dr. Emmanuel and my hygienist, Ana. After my appointment Carmen at the front desk made me feel at ease, even though I don't have dental insurance. They have a membership program that is reasonable and affordable. Will be back again. ALL FEARS OF THE DENTIST ARE GONE! the staff is helpful, professional, and patient! The place is new and clean. Parking is easy and it is conveniently located. I have been to this one and the one in wantagh and they are both great!

i found that the dentist at the Massapequa Park office were professional But the staff is extremely difficult, rude and very unprofessional. when you question them about a bill or anything they are short tempered and nasty. I am giving 2 stars only because of the dentist or I would have giving them zero stars. Do yourself a favor and find another dentist!
Absolutely Traumatizing Experience - Avoid at All Costs I had the misfortune of being referred to The Smilist Dental in Massapequa for a wisdom tooth extraction, and I cannot stress enough how awful the experience was, particularly with the oral surgeon. From my first visit, I was made to feel uncomfortable. The surgeon bluntly told me I was "too old" to be having a wisdom tooth removed and insisted I would have to pay $300 for a CT scan out-of-pocket, claiming my insurance "never covers it" based on "other patients" with... read more

this dental office always pushes the most expensive treatment options and pushes you to take out credit to pay for it. I would not recommend this office.
