I have yet to hear from Heather B. the person that responded to my first review. I am assuming this is an automated reply when someone submits a review, I am now being told by the massapequa office that my refund will have to come from the corporate office and it will take 3-4 weeks. This is so ridiculous. I overpaid for my first visit and now I have to hunt down my refund.

Unprofessional and rude. Parking is a nightmare and the staff here isn't pleasant. Feels like a factory with hygienists taking too little time/care. Find somewhere else!

Would never recommend anyone here. No bed side manner, oral surgeon is terrible!!!!!!!!! Removed my daughters wisdom teeth (4) with only a Novocain shot. She kept saying g she was in pain and he said she over reacted. THE ASSISTANT LAUGHED AT HER AND SAID OMG HOUR LIPS ARE SO DRY USE CHAP STICK! I wasn't in the room so I didn't know until she came out hysterical crying. Then He tells me they don't knock them out and that she was over reacting. At first I was happy The staff is nice. But I needed new teeth. They started with cavities root canals. I was going to need these teeth pulled. They took 1 1/2 hours per root canal. The pain was incredible. I'm still fighting for unnecessary fees. I don't recommend them
Went there after giving all my health history and personal info and when I get there they tell me they don't take my plan but why don't I spend $99 for an exam and cleaning and take their plan and that they called me that they didn't have my plan but had it when I called Never happened Wasted my time And pain in my mouth

10/10 would NOT recommend. The worst dental experience I've ever had. Regretting that I ever went here in the first place.
My fear of the dentist realized. After getting dental work, I was left in pain for months. I called to schedule an appointment with the dentist and could not get through to anyone. My experience is I would call even during business hours and got the voicemail. Every time I left a message, no one would return my call. If I responded to a text, no response. Complete scammers and incompetent billing department and dentists. See my other review on the amityville location for more info As these clowns aren't worth my time to re write it here. Just beware their dental work is shotty, the billing department is a joke and they will straight up lie to you over the phone and say they will fix their crumby work free of charge and then hand you a surprise bill. I'd rather have Tom hanks character in castaway work on my teeth with the ice skate.
Horrible , horrible service . I have been waiting for a reimbursement for more than 6 months. Every time I call they always say they will call me back, they never call back ! They couldn't fix my broken tooth !
