my experience was not totally satisfactory because on the closing day they were still requesting information and documents about my bank transactions for the year 2021. I was not notified in time about the amount of my closing expenses, I had to ask before going to the bank and there I they gave them which causes delays and a lot of stress

The Brown team was awesome. As a first time homebuyer the process is a little stressful, but they kept my experience positive. Nic, especially was amazing. He took the time to answer all of my questions and went into great detail when explaining something to me that I didn’t understand. Laura also took the time to call me to discuss different options that could benefit us in the long run. I would recommend this team to anyone that is looking for a home.
