I felt that Laura and Rebecca were very responsive to emails but I do feel that the interaction with the processor and underwrite could have been a little bit better. There were a lot of last minute things that I felt should have been handled in a more timely manner. I didn't get the clear to close until 2 hours before the final acceptance which kept me on edge if it would go through or not.
