Everyone I spoke with said that the first time homebuyer experience would be so stressful and working with BankSouth Mortgage, that was not the case at all! I am so thankful that this is the bank our new construction builders had chosen. This market is a nightmare and because we had an apartment fire, we got pushed into homebuying so to speak.
