This was my third home purchase and by far this was the best. I was waiting to be stressed at some point, and I never was, the team is great!! Laura Is extremely organized!!! I can’t stress enough how helpful and supportive she was during this process! Purchasing a home isn’t easy, but I must say Laura helped me to understand my options. In addition to that, she constantly would check in with me, which made me feel supported. I really appreciate her and her teams efforts!! They were truly a blessing from God!! The bank's team was quite thorough in their information requests. The portal to send and retain the info worked very well. Turnaround time went quickly. If I had questions, someone responded within 24 hours...which is excellent. I appreciate the professionalism of all the people I worked with.
