Laura Brown was helpful, warm and responsive, however her teammates, particularly Sasha Wilson, was not. She was dry, uninformative, and negligent. She didn’t offer any explanations for her requests, she was not diligent about checking her email for incoming documents, allowing pertinent, time-sensitive information to sit in her inbox for a week. She was still asking for paperwork the day of closing, which would’ve been satisfied if she was a better communicator.
