My experience was absolutely amazing. I personally had the opportunity to work with Laura and William directly and the communication, simple explanations, and knowledge of the process put my mind at ease. I work crazy hours so it was Great to work with a team of people who work with me i.e. weekends/after hours/emails. The BankSouth app was also a phenomenal tool. The software people did a Great Job on that app. I would refer any and everybody to Laura and her team! 100 stars across the board!

Deciding to become a homeowner was a very thought out decision that I made after being a renter for the past nine and a half years. Taking the initial jump, which was terrifying was hard. I was very wary of being approved despite working very hard on improving my credit. So, I jumped...I am glad I did with Bank South & Laura Brown. Nic, Britney, and William were so helpful and transparent throughout the process. They were able to answer any questions and if unsure, would seek the answer.
