Great location and awesome office staff, especially Paris. They have cool complex events every now and then like wine and a planting party for earth day.
I have loved living at The Station for the past 3 years. The renovated units are super moceen and clean with brand new appliances, hardwood floors, dual-sided fireplaces and great views. The location cannot be beat! You are minutes away from Union Station, Pepsi Center, Coors Field, countless breweries, restaurants and nightlife! My 4+ years living here have been great. The leasing staff, Samantha, Nicole and Jackie are always friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew respond and fix things in a timely manner. You won’t find a better place to live downtown or a better location!

This is my fourth year living here, and I have to say that the current management is doing such an amazing job. I loved the team in place when I first moved in, but new management took over shortly after that. From then until the current team came into place, it was a nightmare.
