Verified Renter I would say this property is a fixer-upper and has plenty of room for improvement. Doesn't really carry a sense of community but a great location if you intend to be out and about more often than not. Using Webpass internet services was the main reason I came to this property so I can have affordable, insanely fast gigabit while I work from home.

Verified Renter One recent issue is the parking situation. Part of the reason I signed my lease was because I anticipated having a guaranteed spot in the garage.

Dont Rent Here After being told the elevators would work by move-in, they did not. Apparently they have been down for months and management has no idea when they are going to be functioning again. Moving furniture up several flights of stairs increased the moving costs 2x. On top of that, the pool is not working as they said it would be. The parking garage is also under construction with limited parking and no assigned spots ($150/month). Stay Away For Now We were promised a working elevator and amenities by the time we moved in. That was months ago. Every few weeks we will get an "update" claiming the elevator, pool, hot tub, bbqs, exercise room, and parking garage will wrap up construction soon. Instead, they get delayed over and over again without reason. It is a blatent lie. Stay away from this place. Do not get lured in and trapped paying for amenities that you do not have access to.

Look Elsewhere They tell you every few weeks that the amenities will be open in a few weeks. Gone three months with no elevator. Blatantly mislead people on the state of the projects to entice people to sign leases because they were so desperate to fill this place after being closed down.
