Do NOT live here The ceilings leak weird substances, the halls and stairways smell like trash. This is not a luxury apartment by any means. The staff is so rude and act like fixing basic things around the building is not their job.
Dont live here, unsafe building Do not live here. I do not feel safe in this building. Several of the "security" doors do not shut properly and you can just push open without scanning in. We recently had an incident with unauthorized visitors smoking illegal substances and having indecent exposure on the 4th floor trash room. Management has taken no responsibility and continues to blame residents. This place is way too expensive to not feel safe, live somewhere else.
Verified Renter I love the station. I love waking up at midnight to a fire alarm when I start work at 5 AM. The fire alarm went off dozens of times at all hours of the day for several weeks. And the smell! When I ask, management told me there was nothing in the contract that said our rent should be compensated. But that's ok, because they apologized with 10% off at a food truck.
Verified Renter The location of the apartment is great, the building upkeep is also great, but the interaction with the staff has been extremely frustrating.
Only fair to write an honest review I saw this property had over a four star review, but it's worth on two maybe two and a half. Management here is horrible garbage. They lock their office door so no one can come in during hours. That tells you something right away. They lie; I was told there was parking, but there wasn't. So you pay for parking but don't get it. Their rude sometimes, their only purpose is literally to help the people renting out the rooms, they can't even do that correctly. The bike room is over filled with... read more
RENT ANYWHERE BUT HERE There is absolutely nothing listed in the lease detailing specific move out instructions. Before moving out, I hired professional cleaners and a professional handyman to patch up holes in the wall. Paid over $350. Upon returning the keys we were told that the leasing agents were not allowing residents to do the final walk through with them because of Covid. That would be understandable except for they have been allowing residents to walk in and out of the leasing office, in and out of common areas, and... read more
Badly managed The building was taken over by a new management company this year. Since then, everything has fallen apart. Constant fire alarms, poor maintenance, and a management team that can only be described as irresponsible and hostile.
Verified Renter Don't do it. This place doesn't care about their residents.
Avoid I've been living at this location for about a year now. Avoid like the plague. Terribly leasing department that is unorganized. Everything is done half way. Also, it you do decide to rent here (which I don't recommend), be prepared to have the fire alarm go off every other week. Just a terribly run place that nickles and dimes you for their mistakes.
