I rented a 2 BR condo last week in Villamare The kitchen floor flooded on our very first day we had no dishwasher kitchen sink or garbage disposal for 4 days Also guest shower unusable tile needed to be drilled off and new fixture installed kitchen faucet needed to be replaced 4 days of disruption during our 7 day vacation And only reimbursed 10% of total when in fact we were unable to use above for 40% of our time there Mgt company very lax with concern or reimbursement
RecommendedI want to say maybe instead of yes. VC has always been our ‘go to’ place. We mixed it up a bit this year and stayed on the lagoon instead of oceanfront. Obviously, we like the beach better and we’re planning on booking through this company who has always been reliable, courteous, and very professional-until this year. Arrived at our vacation home at checkin time and cleaners were not even finished. While unpacking our vehicle the inspector arrived in her car and told us “well I came to inspect but you’re already here” and LEFT without inspecting the property. Do NOT book with this company.
Just terrible, they dont care, nothing works, beds are awful, old furniture! Thin walls, count on no sleep!

I cannot discourage using this company enough. we asked for sheets upon our arrival and were told "can't you make it til morning?" FYI we are checking out and those sheets never arrived. do yourself a favor and look elsewhere
My favorite own one place to always forever stay is City Heights Magnolia Place Apartment Dale Street New Iberia Louisiana i would never ever kill
we were upset with our rental and they never even contacted us. they could not have cared less.
RecommendedNice people but really disappointed in the condo location and condition. The walk to the beach is difficult and long for those with physical issues even though the condo is on the Beach. Was told it was no problem by the Vacation Company representative but it is. Many small issues with the condo which add up to disappointment. Have made Vacation Company aware but no response. Here for two weeks. Will not rent this condo again. Condo is in Barrington Arms.
