This is my first time using the Vacation Company and they were amazing to work with. Great staff. They made it so easy for my rental on Hilton head. Loved that My pass was at gate for entry, door code texted and great starter kits and bath amenities! Also had bikes as part of the package that were by my door when we arrived. It’s the little things like this that would make me highly recommend and choose them again. Thank you all for being great at what you do.

The Vacation Company was extremely responsive and helpful. Every question or concern I had was quickly answered and resolved. They were so easy to work with, I will definitely use them again.
House was beautiful with a well-equipped kitchen; which we appreciated since we were there over Thanksgiving! Clean throughout. Loved having beach towels provided. Can’t say enough about The Vacation Company!
The beach house was absolutely perfect, clean, had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. We had an issue with the pool heat and Fiona came right over and got it working. She called the next day to make sure everything was working. Check in and out were super smooth. Great communication, prompt and always friendly. We will definitely use this company again.
The accommodations are always lovely and just as described (HHI properties). The Vacation Company staff is excellent and so responsive (even when it’s our error). We will always use them when in the Hilton Head area!

This one bedroom was very clean and recently updated although the bedroom and bath were extremely small. Very convenient to shopping and dining.
