Property mgr. Brian was great...we had a leak from the unit above and Brian made contact with the owners, their mgnt. company, and plumbers to fix our problem. Vacation company (VC) is always friendly and responsive to any needs we might have. We visit HHI 4-5 times a year and try to always go through VC. If I was an owner I would use VC.

House fit our needs to the T. Close to the beach but the pool was perfect for the younger kids. Only issue was that we didn’t check the refrigerator temperature and some produce got frozen. Keep it at 3

House is great. Maintenance is responsive. Very nice spaces for large families. The beach was a little further than anticipated but still a fairly easy walk. The bikes were nice to use. Elevator wasn’t very reliable, though would have been nice to use for older family members, and getting supplies/luggage in. Walk-in shower floors are slick when wet due to glazed tile surface. Construction all around is a bit loud at times. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Thank you for a great vacation!

You guys were very responsive to early issues Bryan was on top of getting ac issues fixed and following up. A few things I think need addressing at 11 flotilla are: some of cookware needs upgrading, primary bedroom has horrible mattress, huge dip on one side very bad, pool pump must be going bad making awful loud sound hard to enjoy a quiet moment on balcony. The pictures on-line are outdated and don’t show remodeled baths, nice surprise. We really enjoyed ourselves beautiful view of beach/ocean, good family atmosphere ... read more

We enjoyed staying in your beautiful rental home at 23 Sandpiper for my family’s Hilton Head vacation. It had everything you could need from a well stocked kitchen to all the must-have beach supplies, like a beach wagon and beach chairs. The backyard was our favorite part of our trip. Beautiful pool, hot tub, and a nice fire pit, where we enjoyed s’mores each night. Great memories were made, and we hope to stay in this home again! Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful family vacation for 14 family members and enjoyed our beautiful, large vacation home with all the decks, porches and great pool/ patio area at 3 Galleon immensely! We loved how close to the beach we were. Everything was so pristine, comfortable, spacious , well supplied and as beautiful as the listing had shown.
