RecommendedWe rented a Sea Pines villa for a week. I loved that they texted me when the unit was ready earlier than the posted check-in time. The property was as described, clean, and well maintained. The value was excellent, and our family had no issues during our stay. Beach towels were a useful amenity. We will definitely book with The Vacation Company again.

This site is absolutely beautiful. Overlooking the 18th hole each morning while having my coffee was a highlight of my day. The management ensures that your visit is one you will remember for a long time. I highly recommend this place and the management company.

This year was our first vacation as a family of 4; we stayed at the Villamare 1508 Condo. Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The condo was recently redone and is simply beautiful with all amenities of home included ie coffee maker, dishes, blankets, and laundry. 1508 is on the outside of the complex, but still provides a beautiful beach / ocean front view from the balconies and windows. Unit was as described, convenient and when we had a minor problem, they had someone there in hours. We will use them again
The Vacation company is good but the property 913 Cutter Court in hilton head could use a disclosure. Stating that there is no access to a luggage rack and that you will have to make multiple trips to bring luggage up/down on the elevator. Additionally the trash shoot on the floor is locked to guest and in order to dispose of trash you must go to the trash room on the first floor, which is very strong in scent and well a hot room full of trash, gross, also it is not very convenient.
Excellent location close to beach, movies, groceries, shops, And restaurants. House was great for large group of people. Bunk room is perfect for kids. There were a couple of loose tile edges Around the pool next to the spa, but that would be the only complaint. The large table was perfect for meals and family games. They have some cool toys and Beach things there that I didn’t know about beforehand that were handy. We would use this house again in the future.
