RecommendedWe enjoyed our rental. It was very comfortable and the right type of space that we needed. We had some issues with our pool that were addressed as well as the main TV (it had a pretty elaborate system; we wished there had been some sort of user manual for us to reference - what cord needs inserted where). The inclusion of the bikes in our rental was wonderful. We wished we could’ve stayed even longer!
Great 5 days on Hilton Head Island! From booking thru checkout The Vacation Company was on the ball. They communicated with us very well and provided great accommodations! We will definitely stay at one of their properties again!
Vacation Company is awesome to rent from great communication
We broke the coffee pot in the condo and Sean was nice enough to quickly deliver a replacement so that we were able to have coffee early the next morning. My coffee loving friend was most appreciative! Great customer service!
Our rental was clean - checkin/ checkout was easy/ Loved the “ doggy gift bag and info provided in it. Would recommend to others.
Great online management and updates for booking, checkout and bike rental
We rented a large 7 bedroom house for 14 people in Hilton Head in September. It was my first time ever organizing something like this and I had so many questions during the process. The staff at The Vacation Company were always so wonderful to work with—patient with my questions, prompt with returning phone calls, helpful with suggestions.
